Our first flight

The day started with a phone call at 505am saying I need to get to the airport right away, my plane leaves at 7am. So Chris and I scrambled got in his truck, but before we could
go to the airport we had to go to Edmonton and pick of two of Tate and Felisha's friends. WE somehow made it to the airport at 630am, then we found out our confirmation numbers wouldn't work. Turns out the guy they use to get cheap flights used a credit card that didn't work. After a couple hours of waiting to see if he could get us more tickets and discovering he couldn't for that day, we bought out own. We got the cheapest tickets for that day and so the plane didn't leave until 545pm. So we were at the airport all day long. Ezra did really well though. Finally we boarded the plane and set off. Ezra fell asleep as we were ascending and stayed asleep the whole flight, only to wake to nurse a bit a few times. About 1 hour into our flight, the seat belt sign came on and we had to wear our seat belts. We were flying through a thunderstorm and the turbulence was horrible. My butt left the seat at least 20 times, and we swayed side to side ever more times then that. Our seats were right at the back row and so we were beside the flight attendants and they were even freaked. I was between 2 mormon girls and we were all praying the whole time I am sure. I kept thinking with the three of us praying things would work out. LOL!! Not the smoothest flight, but we made it safe and sound.
