Tables

I don't know what it is with kids and tables, but every single one of my children, went through a phase of always having to be on the table. On this day, August 4th, 2009, I discovered Ezra had discovered the joys of being on the kitchen table. So of coarse I took a bunch of pictures to document the glorious day. He found a bowl of chips and was just eating them, and of coarse being a ham for the camera every so often. But turns out, he is not a table climber. This was the only time he went on the table. And since he isn't an adventurous boy, he was safe and stayed away from the edge and when he was ready to come down, he called for me and waited for me to get him off. Since Ezra was born I would talk to him and call him my calm, gentle quite son. And he so is. He can go down stairs, goes down our deck stairs all the time, but our basement stairs are much steeper and longer and he just sits at the top of them, a safe distance from the steps and plays and waits for someone to take him down.
